Substance Misuse Service Learning Placement

The Substance Abuse Service Learning Internship is for participants of the substance Misuse/Abuse training initiative, who has completed all the required workshops. The course provides opportunities for currently placed participants in Substance Abuse organisations to integrate theory into practice and apply knowledge and skills gained to address Substance Abuse within the community. The aim of this course is to engage participants in activities where both the community and the participant are primary beneficiaries with the goal to provide a service to the community and to enhance participant learning.
