About the Community Engagement
In-person Scholarship of Engagement for Societal Impact (SoE-SI)Power Hour Workshop with the Faculty of Education was honestly a great experience. The session was hosted by the Community Engagement Unit and facilitated by Dr. Samantha van Schalkwyk (Acting Director, CEU) and Mr. Ridwaan Mallum (Enterprise Solutions Architect).
The training was engaging, practical, and gave clear insight into the UWC’s SoE-SI Framework, its community engagement principles, and how to navigate the SoE-SI web portal.
Big thanks to Prof. Benita Nel and the Faculty of Education for showing up, participating, and making the session a success.
