The session was hosted by the Community Engagement Unit and facilitated by Dr. Samantha van Schalkwyk (Acting Director, CEU) and Mr. Ridwaan Mallum (Enterprise Solutions Architect). The training was engaging, practical, and gave clear insight into the UWC’s SoE-SI Framework, its community engagement principles, and how to navigate the SoE-SI web portal.
