Trauma Aware First Aider Course is for individuals that want to make an impact in their Communities

A trauma-aware first aider assists people to regain a sense of safety and connection by holding space for them. Holding space is a process of walking alongside a person or group on a journey through liminal space (space of overwhelm and uncertainty )

without making them feel inadequate, trying to fix them, or trying to impact the outcome. It's done within the context of the community enabling them to re-engage in life, without feeling alone and isolated.
